Automated emails that are necessary for managing your account are sent from "noreply@isda.idaho.gov".
To protect your inbox, email service providers such as Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo or your internal I.T. department have spam filters.
No-reply email addresses are often blocked due to several factors. Things you can do:
- Add "noreply@isda.idaho.gov" to your contacts. Messages from contacts are not normally marked as spam.
- Use the resend email link, located in the Quick Links above, when you are ready to try again.
- Check your junk/spam folders. You may need to contact your IT department.
- Verify Links: Before clicking links in any email, hover your mouse cursor over them to see the actual URL.
- Verify Message Headers: The "From" address can be faked. Learn how to check message headers in your particular email client to verify the actual origin address. Your favorite search engine can help with this.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at any time if you have access
to the email address tied to the account. Click the forgot password link in the Quick Links
at the top of this page and an email with a reset link will be
sent to the email address configured for your account.
You must be logged in to change your email address. You can access the account management screens
by clicking on your email address in the menu bar at the top right of the screen when you are
logged in. There is also a link to manage your account on the Home page when you are logged in. Click
the Email button on the "Manage Your Account Settings" screen. Enter the new email and click the
Change Email Address button. An email with a link to confirm the change will be sent to the new address.
